Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for the growth, operations, and profitability of all Commercial Banking segments in Surabaya.

Requirements:



* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable university.

* Has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in corporate banking or other financial services sector.

* Has strong verbal and written English.

* Possess a pleasant personality and able to work with a team.

* Possess commercial acumen, marketing orientation and strong self-motivation.

* Possess good communication and analytical skills.

* Has a strong drive to succeed.

* Demonstrates a high degree of credibility and integrity.
